Terms of Service

1. Agreement to these terms

By using Viewly, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.

If you are using Viewly on behalf of a real estate agency, you confirm that you have authority to bind that agency to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use Viewly.

2. Who we are

Viewly is a property search platform operated by Joiin Flow (Pty) Ltd, a company registered in South Africa (“Joiin Flow”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

3. The service

3.1 What Viewly does

Viewly aggregates property listings syndicated from participating South African agencies and lets shoppers search them in plain English. Every listing links back to its original source. Viewly is not affiliated with Property24, Private Property, or any other listings portal.

3.2 Viewly Agent

Viewly Agent is optional WhatsApp automation available to agencies on our Pro and Agency plans. It replies to customer enquiries and can schedule viewings on an agency’s own WhatsApp number, using that agency’s own listing data. Viewly Agent operates on the WhatsApp Business API provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. Your use of it is also subject to WhatsApp’s Business Policy, available at business.whatsapp.com. Viewly is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta or WhatsApp.

3.3 Service availability

We aim to keep Viewly available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance and will notify agencies in advance where possible.

4. Consumer Users

4.1 Searching Viewly

You do not need an account to search or browse listings on Viewly. Creating an account lets you save searches, save homes, book viewings, and turn on alerts for new matches or price drops.

4.2 Listing accuracy

Listing details on Viewly are syndicated from third-party sources and may not always be current or accurate. Viewly is not responsible for the accuracy of syndicated listing information. Always confirm details directly with the listing agency before making a decision.

4.3 Contacting agents

Messaging an agent through Viewly (by phone, WhatsApp, or otherwise) connects you directly with that agency. Viewly is not a party to any transaction, lease, or agreement you enter into with an agency or agent.

5. Agency Customers

5.1 Listing your agency

Agencies may have their listings syndicated onto Viewly at no cost (Starter plan). You are responsible for the accuracy of information published under your agency’s name.

5.2 Acceptable use of Viewly Agent

You may not use Viewly Agent to:

• Send unsolicited messages (spam) to contacts who have not opted in
• Send messages that violate WhatsApp’s Business Policy
• Distribute false, misleading, or fraudulent information about a listing
• Violate any applicable law, including the Consumer Protection Act or POPIA

5.3 Removal and correction requests

If your agency wants a listing corrected or removed from Viewly, submit a request through our Listing Removal Request form. We will verify the request via your agency’s official email address before making changes.

6. Pricing and payment

Viewly is available on Starter (free, unlimited listings, no automation), Agent (WhatsApp automation for one agent), and Agency (WhatsApp automation for a team) plans. Current pricing for Agent and Agency plans is available on our agent page. Demos are available for Agent and Agency plans before you commit. Prices are subject to change with 30 days’ notice to existing customers.

7. Cancellation and termination

7.1 Cancellation by you

Agencies on a paid plan may cancel at any time by contacting us at support@joiinflow.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

7.2 Termination by us

We may suspend or remove a listing, account, or Viewly Agent access immediately if:

• These Terms are breached
• WhatsApp’s Business Policy is violated
• The account is used for illegal or harmful activity
• We are required to do so by law

8. Data

We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Where Viewly Agent processes your customers’ personal information on your behalf, you act as the responsible party under POPIA.

9. Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights in Viewly, including the software, design, search technology, and Viewly Agent, belong to Joiin Flow (Pty) Ltd. Listing content and photos remain the property of the originating agency.

10. Disclaimers and limitations

10.1 Service provided as-is

Viewly is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy of syndicated listing data or the availability of any listed property.

10.2 Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Joiin Flow’s total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of Viewly is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) in the 3 months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Viewly, including reliance on syndicated listing information or any transaction entered into with an agency.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify affected Agency Customers by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

We will first attempt to resolve any dispute informally. Please contact us at legal@joiinflow.com. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.

13. General

13.1 Entire agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Joiin Flow regarding your use of Viewly.

13.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
